Danas Technology Announces Channel Reseller Partnership with Rave Computer
STERLING HEIGHTS — Rave Computer Association Inc. announced Tuesday it has signed an authorized reseller agreement with Danas Technology, also based in Sterling Heights.
Danas has been authorized to sell Rave Computer branded products and consulting services. The agreement includes both the commercial and defense industries.
Danas Technology currently offers a variety of computer hardware and services from several major computer manufacturers. The agreement with Rave allows Danas to offer “purpose built” computers and a higher level of customization when required.
The partnership was announced at the Interservice-Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference in Orlando, Fla.
Said Danas president and CEO Doris Block-Tomlinson: “We have reseller agreements with many OEM computer manufactures but were not able to offer a custom configured solutions designed from the board up.”
Added Rave president and CEO Rick Darter: “Authorizing Danas Technology to sell our products and services is a ‘win-win.’ The Danas relationship potentially opens new markets for us and allows us to leverage their skills, which we can bring as new capabilities to our customers. Doris Block-Tomlinson has extensive experience in the computer industry; we are excited that she has partnered with Rave.”
Danas Technology was one of the first small businesses residing in the Defense Corridor Center for Collaboration and Synergy (DC3S) in Sterling Heights. Rave Computer is also within walking distance of the facility.
