EAST LANSING (97.1 THE TICKET) - Gary Harris scored a team high 20 points guiding the Michigan State Spartans to victory over the Loyola-Chicago Ramblers 73-61 on Saturday.
The Spartans move to 8-2 (7-0 home) on the season and Loyola falls to 6-3.
Michigan State took a 2-point deficit into the break and returned to the second half with a vengeance, outscoring the Ramblers 43-29 to solidify the win.
Adreian Payne scored 14, followed by Travis Trice's 11 pts. for the Spartans.
Ben Averkamp had a game high 25 points and 8 rebounds for the Ramblers.
The Spartans take on Tuskegee on December 15th.
