DETROIT (CBS Detroit) Don’t stop ‘beliebing!’ Promoters of teen sensation Justin Bieber announced Monday he’s returning to Detroit in 2013 “due to overwhelming demand.”
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, for the show that happens at 7 p.m. July 28 at Joe Louis Arena.

This is an extension of his current “Believe World Tour,” which was scheduled to end in April in Finland.
One dollar from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world. The goal is to build 15 schools around the world for needy children. Details are at www.pencilsofpromise.com.
