ADA — Alticor Inc., parent company of Amway, has selected Ocean Tomo as an advisor for the sale of its eCoupled wireless power patent assets developed by Alticor subsidiary, Fulton Innovation LLC.

For the past several years, Alticor and Fulton Innovation have commercialized intelligent wireless power for consumer electronics and automotive applications. The company entered this business after developing wireless power for eSpring, an innovative water filtration device sold by Amway distributors.

Fulton Innovation has played a leading role in establishing the Qi global standard in wireless power and is a founding member of the Wireless Power Consortium that now numbers more than 130 industry players.
