Safety Track's GPS Tracking System Recovers Stolen Truck and Plow

BELLEVILLE -- AMC Industrial Machine, Engineering & Electrical Services LLC recovered a stolen 2008 GMC Sierra truck with a snow plow totaling over $20,000 in value using Safety Track's GPS Fleet Tracking System.

The crooks stole the truck around 9:30 p.m. Jan. 3 from the company's location in Redford Township. AMC was able to view the entire theft as it was caught on video and tracked the vehicle to a house in Detroit the next morning using their GPS Fleet Tracking System. The company was also able to recover the snow plow which was found in a field a few yards away from the house. The quick recovery of the vehicle resulted in only minor damage and the company was able to move on with no severe costs to endure.
