Pat Caputo and Jeff Riger somehow got into a debate off the air about who could “plank” longer. In this instance, “plank” is the isometric exercise and not the piece of wood or the 1967 British comedy film with no dialog.

Caputo said that he could plank longer than Riger. Jeff accepted the challenge without knowing what Planking is.
