New for 2013 …”THAW Me Out”
During the 10th annual Winter Survival Radiothon to benefit THAW, The Heat and Warmth Fund, we are inviting participants to take a seat in WWJ’s Ice Lounge in the Art Van Furniture parking lot and fund raise for THAW.
Individuals and groups will be left “in the cold” to sit on full size furniture carved from blocks of ice created by Oakland Community College culinary arts students.
Participants will have to collect $250 (minimum) in pledges from family and friends to get “THAWed out.”
