DETROIT (WWJ) - A baby girl is dead after an early morning fire breaks out on Detroit’s east side Saturday.
The fire happened near Promenade and Annsbury Street around 1 a.m.
The Wayne County Medical Examiner tells WWJ the infant was less than one-year old.
The Red Cross is assisting the families with food, clothing and shelter at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
