Caputo: 3 Areas Michigan Basketball Must Improve To Be Legitimate NCAA Title Contenders
By: Pat Caputo
1. The Wolverines need more flow offensively when the game gets tight. There is too much standing around in key situations and watching National Player of the Year candidate Trey Burke try to make a shot as the clock winds down.
2. Freshman Glenn Robinson III is a tremendous talent, who plays a lot of minutes, but he hasn't taken more than eight shots in any of the Wolverines' last eight games. If the Wolverines are going to be all they can be, Robinson III must get more involved in the offense.
3. The Wolverines need to tighten up defensively. In the last two games, Indiana and Ohio State have gotten too many easy baskets.
