EASTPOINTE (WWJ) -Witnesses report two people are injured after an eye-catching accident in East Pointe.
A WWJ traffic tipster, who doesn’t want to be named, said he was driving by the Rite Aid at Gratiot and Nine Mile when he saw the accident.
The car, he told WWJ’s Sandra McNeil, didn’t go through the windows:
“The car went through the building,” he said. “No, it actually went through the brick, the tow truck is pulling (the car) out now.”
Police and fire crews on the scene. They have not yet confirmed the injuries.
