ReapSo iPhone App Is Live

FARMINGTON HILLS -- ReapSo LLC this week announced the immediate availability of their digital loyalty platform via the App Store.

Royal Oak is the pilot city for the launch.

The ReapSo mobile loyalty platform helps businesses establish a better relationship with their customer bases.

The ReapSo mobile loyalty program fuses elements of gamification, digital collectibles, electronic concierge and direct affinity, to encourage users to engage with the app during their leisure time.

Smartphone users are interacting with their device regularly, and having an app that one can play while in the waiting room of a car repair shop, or while sitting at the Secretary of State renewing one's vehicle registration, is an important trait of a successful app.

The ReapSo app doesn't plug its deals with daily email blasts. Instead, those who download the app select to receive offers direct from merchants they're already interested in.

Small business owners, who have learned a hard lesson doing Daily Deals, will be glad to know that the ReapSo Mobile App does not encourage merchants to give up a substantial portion of their margins. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, no maintenance fees or any miscellaneous charges. Merchants only pay ReapSo when users do business with them -- no sale, no fee. That way, incentives for all parties are aligned.

IPhone users can download the app and start earning rewards from Royal Oak and nearby merchants. An Android app will follow later this year.

ReapSo LLC is actively seeking its next Metro Detroit community. Ideal candidates would have vibrant and walkable downtowns with high density. The company mentioned Clarkston, Ann Arbor, Farmington, Ferndale, Oxford, Detroit, Rochester, Birmingham, Clawson, Northville and Plymouth as possibilities.
