GR's Adtegrity.com Reports Higher Revenue, Profit

GRAND RAPIDS -- Adtegrity.com (Pink Sheets: ADTY), a Grand Rapids-based company specializing in Internet advertising networks and services, reported its results for the year ended Dec. 31.

Adtegrity's audited full-year results included net income of $840,555 on net revenues of $20.01 million, compared with a net income of $419,564 on net revenues of $12.87 million in 2011. The company also increased its employee count to a team of 35.

"Overall we had a very good year and successfully executed on a wide range of opportunities, including a significant revenue boost toward year-end due to political advertising," said Adtegrity.com President and CEO Scott Brew. "While we are seeing some softening in the market during the first quarter of 2012, we are using the start of the year to launch a refreshed overall company brand and expect to bring a new sales philosophy to the market in the spring.  We believe we are well positioned for the coming year."

Adtegrity reported serving more than 55.6 billion ad impressions during the fourth quarter, resulting in 48.2 million clicks and 3.5 million conversions for Adtegrity.com advertisers.
