Sacramento State Vs. UC Riverside Brawl

By: Evan Jankens

One of the coolest things in sports to me is a brawl in baseball and that is exactly what happened this weekend between Sacramento State and UC Riverside. It all started with a pickle between 2nd and 3rd. UC Riverside’s Eddie Young gets caught in a run down, when tagged out, he grabs the glove of Sacramento State’s second baseman Andrew Ayers. Ayers shoves Young which get the brawl started. Notice the punch thrown from Young — he swings with all his might and knocks the glasses off Ayers. It wasn’t a knockout blow though. Watch the video below and judge for yourself.
