KALAMAZOO (WWJ/AP) - Police say the body of a 26-year-old man has been found inside a pickup truck in Kalamazoo that had two parking tickets on the vehicle.

Police said the man found Thursday as they investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle was identified as Jayme Robert Earle of Richland.

Police say they went to check on the truck after someone reported seeing it parked about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and it was still there the next day. There were no signs of foul play.

Earle was slumped over into the passenger’s seat. It’s not known when he died.

One ticket was from 2:40 a.m. Wednesday and one from 2:23 a.m. Thursday. Police will interview the city employee who issued the tickets.

Police say a cause of death won’t be known until toxicology reports are returned.
