The Dolphins aren’t bringing back Reggie Bush. That much we know. Considering he’s a running back with a sketchy history of production, it’s hard to imagine he’s drawing that much interest on the open market.
But maybe I’m wrong — Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reported that the market for Bush is “strong,” that there are three teams interested in Bush and that “money involved in those talks is significant.”
Now … it’s easy to be skeptical about such things, especially when the source is “close to Bush.” (One could easily infer said source is Bush’s agent and you don’t need a professional dot-connector to figure out the rest. Regardless, a source in Bush’s camp doesn’t have any interest in limiting his market value.)
