ROYAL OAK — Need to find a delivery method that’s right for your learning need? Innovative Learning Group Inc.’s new free app, “Learning Delivery Advisor,” helps users quickly identify training and performance support delivery methods appropriate for different learning levels.

The interactive chart allows users to plot a desired learning level (awareness, understanding, or skill) to a continuum of delivery methods ranging from audio-video presentation to on-the-job training and coaching. The app provides feedback on why each delivery method is acceptable, ineffective, or inefficient for the level selected. It also includes delivery method and learning level definitions.

“Matching delivery methods to learning levels is important as it relates to what companies expect employees to be able to do once they’ve completed the training,” says CEO Lisa Toenniges. “Selecting the correct delivery method increases the likelihood that employees will be able to perform as expected back on the job.”

ILG’s “Learning Delivery Advisor” app is available at no cost through Google Play.

Headquartered in Royal Oak, Innovative Learning Group helps employees of Fortune 1000 companies perform better by creating powerful, practical training and performance support solutions that are smart, engaging, and designed to significantly improve business results. Founded in 2004 by Toenniges, ILG is privately held and a Women’s Business Enterprise-certified company.
