Police Search For Suspect In Chase Bank Attempted Robbery

AUBURN HILLS (WWJ) – Auburn Hills police are searching for a man who attempted to rob a bank Monday afternoon.

Officials say the suspect walked into the Chase Bank on Auburn Road and handed the teller a note demanding money. Police say the man, however, left the bank when he didn’t get any.

He is described as being in his late 20’s, early 30’s, medium build with facial hair. He was wearing a black/purple “California Angels” baseball cap, charcoal-grey coat, and black pants.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
