Pro-face America Announces On-Site Functionality From Remote Capabilities

ANN ARBOR -- Pro-face America, the North American division of Digital Electronics, a global provider of human-machine interface, operator interfaces and industrial computers, Wednesday announced the release of the remote monitoring software Pro-face Remote HMI.

Pro-face Remote HMI works with the screen development software GP-Pro EX v3.1 (or later) and allows users to easily monitor and control HMI screens from a smart phone or tablet without the need for special programs.

The company says Pro-face Remote HMI reduces work time by letting users see machine information no matter where they are in the factory. It also allows the monitoring of multiple machines from a single mobile device and gives users the ability to both monitor and control machines. And, it gives users the freedom to use any tablet or smart phone running Android or iOS.
