Had the pleasure to talk with Matt Park and Matt Roe, who will call the Syracuse vs. Michigan National Semi-Final Saturday night in Atlanta. We talked about the dream feel for Orange taking on the Wolverines with both teams playing at such a high level as four seeds. We also delved into what turned things around for Syracuse late in the season giving them the ability to make it to the Final Four.
There are many intriguing matchups in this contest with so many underlying storylines for both squads. Matt Park also touched on keys for both teams to be able to come out victorious. I also had to press Park on his former Syracuse classmate, 97.1 The Ticket's own Matt Dery, and any embarrassing college exploits he was willing to tell. This should a Semi to remember when it tips off in the ATL Saturday night.
