GRAND RAPIDS — Kent County’s Web site,, debuted a new look Wednesday.

The new design comes after months of studying options, data, and public input.

“Last year, we saw a 13.7 percent increase in the number of transactions completed on,” said Daryl Delabbio, Kent County Administrator-Controller. “With more residents accessing services on smaller devices such as smart phones, this new technology will make our site much more user-friendly anywhere, anytime.”
