Police: Possible Meth Lab Blast Damages Apartments

FLINT (WWJ/AP) - Police say a suspected methamphetamine lab explosion at a Flint apartment complex has damaged the building and prompted an evacuation.

Siding on the building was blown off about 1 a.m. Tuesday and several pieces of siding and window screens were strewn throughout the parking lot, the Flint Journal reported. Residents were evacuated from the building.

Police say they don't believe there are any serious injuries.  At least one woman suffered burns, although the extent of her injury wasn't clear.

Meth lab components were found at the site. Police say they have suspects in the case, but there's no immediate word of any arrests.
