NOVI — Digital Roots, a social customer relationship management software developer, is on the grow internationally.

Digital Roots says it is changing the game of customer relationship management in social media with proprietary software and a simple objective — to help brands establish roots in a digital world.

The company offers software and services that are changing the way Fortune 100 companies manage their online brand presence and connect with consumers through social media platforms.

Products and services available through Digital Roots allow brands to easily manage relationships, enhance their reputation, improve revenue and retain customers.

Digital Roots creates a software that focuses on social media and customer service management. Its software is comprised of a customized social media database that monitors social media conversations in real time and highlights the most relevent brand conversations. 

For example, Digital Roots client General Motors uses the software to flag, analyze and organize social media conversations about their products. But Digital Roots uses natural speech patterns in its analysis rather than keywords, making the analysis more efficient. Its software would recognize “Going for a ride in my Lacrosse” but toss out “Going to my lacrosse game.” Digital Roots says that kind of analysis is unique in the industry. 

Wolcott started Digital Roots, formerly known as 3CSI Social Media, as the social media management wing of parent company 3CSI Group, and despite the firm’s acclaim and international expansion, is passionate about growing the business in the Detroit area.
