Tigers Will Make-Up Game Vs. Royals August 16 As Part Of Doubleheader
DETROIT - The Detroit Tigers announce that the Tigers and Royals game that was originally scheduled to be played on April 23 and postponed by rain will be made up at 1:08 p.m. on Friday, August 16 as part of a split doubleheader.
The makeup game will be followed by the regularly scheduled game against the Royals at 7:08 p.m.
Tickets for the April 23 game will be honored for the first game on August 16 at 1:08 p.m., no ticket exchange is necessary.
An additional ticket will be required for fans wishing to attend the second game of the doubleheader later that evening.
