Redford Police Ask For Help Locating Woman Abducted From Gas Station

REDFORD (WWJ) - Redford police are searching for a woman they say was taken from a gas station early Sunday morning.

Officials say a man and a woman walked into the Marathon Gas station on Telegraph and Schoolcraft and the woman asked the clerk to call police.

Authorities say the man then assaulted her and forced her into a white Chevy Malibu.

The woman is believed to be 35 to 40 years old, about five foot eight, with dark - orange hair.
