After Eliminations, Gator Has To Eat More Cupcakes
The Penguin’s have been eliminated from the playoffs. Gator had to take down the cupcake. This one didn’t seem to be too stale, since it has only been sitting around since April, 29.
It’s a sad day in Hockeytown as Gator had to take down the Red Wings cupcake. It was a somber moment. Check out the video below.
And now 6 remain. Gator took down two more today. Will he be able to get through the remaining cupcake?
DETROIT (97.1 The Ticket) Like most things, it was easy in the beginning.
And here comes the hard part. 97.1 The Ticket’s own Gator agreed to eat a cupcake from NBC Sports, via Crumbs Bakery in New York, representing each and every one of the 16 teams in the playoffs. Gator agreed to eat the cupcake representing the team as it was eliminated from the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Seven teams were eliminated this weekend. The cupcakes were delivered April 29.
You do the math.
According to the Crumbs website, the peanut butter and chocolate cupcake alone has 550 calories. That means our very own Gator has to eat … drum roll, please — 3,850 calories in one sitting, or roughly twice the 2,000 calories a normal man is supposed to eat in an entire day.
It’s Man vs. Food, Detroit style. Is he up to it? Watch and find out.
