1. Jose Valverde: Seems like he’s either gone today or right back out tonight pitching for his major league life.

2. Joaquin Benoit: He’s been solid as a set up man but his career closing numbers are terrible.

3. Bruce Rondon: He wasn’t ready for the majors in spring and looked overwhelmed when they did bring him up.

Outlook: Tigers have no good options to close and are completely desperate to trade for a closer.
