Telecom Professionals Launches New Web Site

GRAND BLANC -- Telecom Professionals has launched a new Web site at www.telecomprofesionals.us.

The 10-year-old company says customers that need service escalations from Telecom Professionals, may submit a new, easy-to-use customer service form, which enables quick resolution of customer issues.

There's also a carrier contact list that's handy when customers have an emergency and need to contact their carrier.

The site's products tab has been expanded to help users develop new IT solutions, including video conferences with Telecom Professionals engineers.

Telecom Professionals products and services include audio and video conferencing, cloud computing, colocation services, converged cable and T1 network services, disaster recovery, fiber installations, hosted IP phone systems, integrated access, IP telephony, metro wireless networks, MPLS, SIP and WAN aggregation and more.

The new Web site is also featuring a Detroit Tigers ticket giveaway.
