Golden Corral Rotten Meat Video

"Apparently what my company likes to do to get ready for inspections is put their food by the Dumpsters..."

With those words, a Golden Corral employee in Port Orange, Fla., introduces a video displaying piles of rotten meat left outside the Dumpster, which he says was left there to avoid the inspection going on in the kitchen.

The food sits moldering in the blazing sun.

"I don't think this is right, look at it, what do you think?" the employee, Brandon Huber, asks. "All you can eat ribs by the Dumpster, green been casserole ... your chicken, your ham, your bacon, your gravy..."

His You Tube expose has drawn more than 2 millions views, and forced management to respond. The owner told the media the manager of the franchise was fired after the video was released.

"None of these items were served to a single customer. All were destroyed within the hour at the direction of management. Brandon Huber, the employee who made the video, participated in the disposal of the food," the owner Eric Holm told the New York Daily News.
