America got it all wrong with the BBMVP vote. I can’t say I didn’t try. I wanted Amanda voted for the nominations but that failed. For a season that told floaters to play the game harder, there are still floaters in this game coasting along with their life vests. Here’s hoping that Julie Chen doesn’t announce that America was BBMVP tomorrow because I want to see the other houseguest continue to guess who it could have been this week and hopefully maybe, just maybe, give another player the opportunity to get it. The Brenchel army is pretty strong. So I’m doubting that anyone will get it as long as Elissa is still in the house. America as BBMVP was a smart “Chevy Power Shift” move but it just wasn’t good enough.
Who’s The Pawn And Who’s BBMVP?
Aaryn and Kaitlin should be afraid to be voted off. Pawns are always a target and for them to think of themselves as pawns worries me as to how they’re playing this game. I was quite disappointed by these nominations and to hear that Judd didn’t want to ruffle any feathers or get blood on his hands too much this week, concerns me about his Big Brother game strategy. I like to see houseguests take risks. However I was impressed that Judd kept deflecting Aaryn on who he thought he wanted to go home. I wouldn’t count Aaryn just out yet, she has more fight in her.
It was funny seeing Elissa get nervous about possibly not being the BBMVP. Helen is smart to assume that America is BBMVP. But I like how in the editing it was a fleeting thought. I’m looking forward to tonight’s Live Eviction episode. Will Julie Chen tell them or not tell the houseguests America was BBMVP last week? Again I’m hoping not because it creates hysteria and a bit of mystery.
New Alliance Forming
I’m so glad Howard realizes that Amanda is running this house. It’s only a matter if time until Amanda and McCrae go on the block. Speaking of Amanda, she has completely been edited as the annoyance of the show. I did feel bad about the comments that Elissa had said to her, however it should be noted that they did patch things up after the fact. Of course for reality tv the producers wanted to edit that part out. Or leave the answering of Amanda’s one piece bathing suit to Julie Chen for tonight.
I personally think all the houseguests are “outsiders” at one point or another in the game. The houseguests build friendships or groups and week after week those people go home — some more than the rest. Everyone in the supposed “outsider” alliance are all floaters with the exception of Kaitlin. Kaitlin has proven herself as a competitor. Judd is HOH but has yet to make any “Big Moves,” so I would consider him a floater as well. It’s self explanatory that GinaMarie and Spencer are floaters as well. Howard could be seen as a physical threat but he’s been going back in forth with people he trusts and has yet to win any competitions. This alliance will be interesting to watch if it lasts.
The Politics Of POV
McCrae should have never gone for the money during the POV competition. It creates a target on his back because he’s now won money in the game, while still pursuing the $500,000. As a houseguest I would use that information to my advantage and get McCrae voted out or use that against him if he were to make the finale. Elisa made a very risky move in winning the POV this week. As GinaMarie said, “Watch your back Elissa,” because if someone who isn’t good friends with Elissa is HOH this next week, expect her to be backdoor. It’ll also be slightly ironic since she’s been backdoor the last three guys to be evicted.
I’m surprised they haven’t brought back a unitard outfit yet this season, but they did bring back solitary confinement and with a twist. Poor Judd, not even winning the POV as well as being HOH being locked up in solitary confinement may sound awful; it’s a nice break from the other houseguests. I’m not a fan of alarm clocks, so I can’t imagine how annoying it got for Judd to continue hit the snooze button. What was up with the curfew penalty? It would have been better if everyone had to suffer that penalty than just one person. I wonder what other twist could be store for this season.
My Prediction For Eviction
I’ve been mulling over all three of theses ladies and it could honestly go either way. One this is certain and that we will have our first lady evicted from the Big Brother house after a month being inside the house. From a viewers perspective, Aaryn seems like the logical choice because as a viewer none of us appreciated her comments. In a game perspective Kaitlin is a bigger target because of her record of competing in competitions. GinaMarie could easily go home as well since she’s BBMVP’s nominee. At the end of the day it is a game and I think it’ll be an unanimous vote to send home Kaitlin.
Prediction For HOH Winner
I think we may see Elissa win this weeks HOH and BBMVP. The reason I predict this is because of the fact she cannot play in next week’s POV and this would guarantee herself safety for the week. Or I would love to see Candice or Howard win, because they would put up McCrae and Amanda for nominations.
We’ll just have to tune in tonight at 9 p.m. on CBS 62 to see who’ll win and who’s going home!
