Billhighway Augments Client Care Team with New Hire, Strides Program

TROY (WWJ) -- Billhighway, foremost provider of cloud-based financial management solutions for nonprofit organizations, is pleased to announce the addition of Sarah Garrity to the team in the role of Client Care Associate.

In her role Garrity will provide end-user support to Billhighway clients as well as collaborate closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. She will be responsible for answering inbound client inquiries, interpreting financial data, leading online administrator training and acting as a client advocate by submitting product or process improvement ideas to the team.

Garrity earned her B.F.A. from Alma College and has worked in multiple community outreach roles including serving for two years as an AmeriCorps VISTA. She has an innate understanding of the member-based fraternal market from her affiliations with Kappa Pi, Beta Beta Beta, Phi Sigma Sigma and Alpha Phi Omega.

"Sarah's strong nonprofit experience, along with her communication and project management skills make her an ideal fit for our team," said Kim Ng, Billhighway's client care team leader. Billhighway also announced its Strides Program, an internal effort aimed at recognizing skill set achievements in the Client Care role. Mastery of the following skills are recognized: thorough understanding of billing and QuickRoute functionality, unassisted webinar training, internal team member training and the ability to be the project lead on one or more core facets of Billhighway's software. The Strides program encourages team members to stretch to receive master status that could result in a promotion or merit increase.
