Blockbuster Director Michael Bay returns once more to film in Detroit this summer. Filming began Wednesday morning for the 4th movie of the popular Transformers series. Bay turned block of Downtown Detroit near Comerica Park into something resembling a Hong Kong street.

Nearby resident Peter Mays says neighbors were warned that things could get intense during the shoot. "There'd be pyrotechnics and explosions and gunfire and they said they'd be shooting from basically seven in the morning 'til about sunset," explained Mays.
