Tigers infielder Ramon Santiago was removed from Thursday’s 10-3 win over the Indians after tweaking his knee, MLB.com reports. Santiago feels like the injury was minor and he should be alright moving forward.

Santiago was 1 for 3 with a walk and two runs before exiting, giving him a .211/.292/.281 line in 128 at-bats.
