Comcast Unveils Another Xfinity Customer Center, This Time In Rochester Hills

PLYMOUTH (WWJ) -- Comcast Friday held a special reception and ribbon-cutting event to announce the grand opening of its all-new Xfinity Customer Center in Rochester Hills.

The 3,305 square-foot center provides consumers with an opportunity to explore, learn about and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services.

Elected officials and community leaders, including State Sen. Jim Marleau (R-Lake Orion); State Rep. Brad Jacobsen (R-Oxford); Rochester Hills Mayor Bryan Barnett; Oakland County Director of Facilities Management Art Holdsworth and Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Sheri Heiney celebrated the opening and toured the new space.

The new store is located at 66 North Adams Road in The Village of Rochester Hills Shopping Center. It features fully interactive touch-screen displays, a 3D viewing area, comfortable seating, and the ability to try out Comcast's Xfinity Home security system, the Xfinity TV app, Comcast Business products and services, and other apps on iPad.

In addition, customers will receive personalized service from trained and knowledgeable sales consultants and more time-saving offerings, including a self-service kiosk for quick bill pay and a new queuing system that allows customers to explore and be entertained instead of waiting in line for service.

The Rochester Hills Xfinity Customer Center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.
