Went to Weight Watchers last weeK.   Lost 1.5 pounds.  A drop in the bucket.

I know, I know.  it’s progress.  It’s just very slow.

Good tip from my Weight Watchers instructor.

She suggests giving away all those clothes crammed in the closet that are either too large or too small.

There are people right now who NEED that clothing.  Donate that stuff to charity.

The clothing that is too big allows me to be less urgent in my effort.

The clothing that is too small can be disheartening.

All of that stuff is sucking up closet space.

I’m getting rid of it:   the clothes and the weight.
