Doctors Grow Nose On Man's Forehead

CBS News reported doctors grew a nose on the forehead of a Chinese man who suffered a serious facial injury.

The video from a Chinese television station shows doctors checking the nose's progress on the forehead of 22-year-old Xiaolian at a hospital in Fuzhou located in the Fujian province, Reuters reports.

The man reportedly was involved in a car accident last year, and later developed an infection that corroded the cartilage in his nose.

His nose was so badly damaged, it couldn't be reconstructed -- so a new one was grown.
