Health On Wheels: Free Screenings In October
DETROIT (WWJ) - Wayne County's mobile program, Health on Wheels, is rolling into a neighborhood near you this October.
Mobile health units from Wayne County and local health providers will provide free health screenings including dental exams, HIV/AIDS, body mass index, blood pressure, cancer, cholesterol and stroke risk.
