Ndamukong Suh once again is being looked at by the NFL. This time for a hit on the Browns QB Brandon Weeden that wasn’t flagged. A video on NFL.com, shows the NFL’s process of how the league looks at potential fines. Vice President of officiating Dean Blandino talks about the hit in the video and what Suh potentially did wrong.
