ANN ARBOR (WWJ) — The Ann Arbor software firm Servant Systems has signed a contract with Domino’s Pizza UK and Ireland Limited, the Domino’s master franchisee across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Germany and Switzerland, to provide the Domino’s Pulse Franchise Office System developed by Servant Systems.
Servant Systems will customize the Domino’s Pulse Franchise Office System to meet the needs of multi-unit franchisees in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland, including payroll, overtime regulations, and other local requirements. Servant Systems is also assisting Domino’s Pizza in the rollout of the Franchise Office System to its franchisees.
The Domino’s Pulse Franchise Office System is currently used in Domino’s United States multi-unit franchise operations. In the U.S., some 40 large Domino’s franchisees operating more than 1,300 stores have been using the system since it was first deployed in 2005. The system integrates the multiple-unit franchisee’s headquarters financial, payroll and overtime, general ledger accounts and other store information with franchisor Domino’s Pizza’s system-wide Pulse in-store order entry system.
