Police Search For Roseville Teen Missing Since September

ROSEVILLE (WWJ) - Police are looking for a Roseville teen who has been missing over a month and might have run off with her older boyfriend.

Sixteen-year-old Kaitlyn Adams was last seen on September 23. She is described as 5'4" tall and 145 lbs., with blue eyes and blonde hair, generally worn up in a bun -- although she has been known to dye her hair.

Authorities think Kaitlyn is likely with her 18-year-old boyfriend, and the couple could possibly be headed to Illinois or Florida.

The girl's mother told police this isn't the first time Kaitlyn has run off with her boyfriend, who is not well-liked by the family. In previous instances however, Kaitlyn would always return home, according to her mother. The fact that the family hasn't heard from Kaitlyn in over a month is leading them to believe she's in grave danger.

Anyone with information on Kaitlyn's disappearance is urged to contact Roseville police at 586-775-2100 or dial 911.
