Joseph Fauria Fined For Unnecessary Roughness

A Detroit Lion has been slapped with another fine for extracurricular activity after the play, and it is not the regular offender.
It is touchdown dance aficionado Joseph Fauria, who is now $7,875 poorer, according to ESPN.
Fauria got flagged for unnecessary roughness after the Dallas Cowboys returned Calvin Johnson's fumble 21 yards to the 50-yard line. Fauria's penalty gave the Cowboys the ball on the Lions' 35-yard line, and they ended up with a field goal.
After hauling in three passes for three touchdowns just two weeks earlier, Fauria did not catch a pass in the Dallas game. He also got a little testy on Twitter after a reporter noted that he tried to talk to Fauria after the game but could not get a comment.
Don't misquote me I said "Can't man. Sorry." Had to rush to the airport RT @kmeinke: Tried to talk to Joseph Fauria. Gave me a "no comment."

Since then, though, Fauria appears to be enjoying the team's bye week, tweeting pictures of his Halloween costume, him and his mom and him with the hosts of Sports Nation. So far he has not responded to the NFL fining him.
