ANN ARBOR (WWJ) — Ann Arbor-based Amplifinity, developer of technology to generate, track and manage brand advocacy, Thursday it had added the Stamford, Conn.-based cable TV, data and phone service provider Charter to its client list.

Amplifinity’s market-leading software-as-a-service platform helps leverage a company’s brand advocates — customers, employees, influencers and partners — to drive referrals, testimonials, forward content and share new products and promotions.

As part of the new partnership, Amplifinity will enable Charter Business customers to identify new customers through their referral program.

Charter will use Amplifinity’s AMP to generate social behavior by mobilizing customers, employees and influencers to refer new prospects, endorse products, and amplify marketing messages. In addition, Amplifinity will enhance Charter’s current Agent program by providing a robust platform, featuring a complete solution to easily register agents, empower them to share their offers to potential customers, track and manage the activity, and provide real-time display of performance and earned incentives through fully integrated back-office.

Charter customers who register for the referral program will instantly become brand advocates, and can share online or offline using tools such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn,
