The Circus Is In Town! Ringling Bros’ Dragons A Delight For All Ages

AUBURN HILLS (WWJ) – Come one, come all! It’s time to round up the kids for some old fashion family fun.

The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus is in town this weekend with a special presentation of “Dragons” — a once in a millennium event that honors the Year of the Dragon. The show is a celebratory tournament of circus champions that brings together mystic dragon lore with authentic circus feats.

Dragon tribes from the far reaches of the earth are brought together in a single performance, displaying their breathtaking skills in a circus tournament of champions. Each tribe must prove that they have virtues of courage, strength, wisdom and heart to arouse dragons which appear right before your very eyes.

The show features circus acts from Shaolin Kung Fu Warriors and charging Cossack riders to magnificent Asian elephants and fierce tigers, not to mention the frenzied Globe of Steel.

The circus will be at the Palace of Auburn Hills Thursday through Sunday for eight fun-filled, action packed shows.

The action begins an hour before show time at the All Access Power Up Pre-show Party, which is FREE to all ticket holders. Families can participate in interactive experiences such as juggling, get performer autographs, see an Asian elephant and meet the Ringling Bros. clowns all before the show starts.

Tickets available as low as $14. For more information, call 800-745-3000 or visit www.ringling.com.
