In real life, the players involved have been silent on the blockbuster trade deal that has fans across the MLB wagging their tongues. But in 2010, ESPN ran a promo for Sunday Night Baseball that featured now-former Tiger Prince Fielder, who at the time was with the Milwaukee Brewers, and the newest Tiger Ian Kinsler, chatting it up.

And they talk trade.

In the clip, Fielder and Kinsler are sitting on a couch watching baseball and San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum appears and Kinsler asks if Prince would do a fantasy trade that involves “me (Kinsler) for him (Lincecum)?”

Fielder replys in typical Fielder fashion with this line: “I don’t know, maybe.”

Then Ian Kinsler ups the offer and adds Prince Fielder and himself for Tim Lincecum… Prince thought about it.

Then actor, not the golfer, Adam Scott weighs in as a nice friend and says he wouldn’t trade Kinsler and Fielder for anyone. Aww.
