Kevin Burke Joins ITC As VP Of HR: Novi-based ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC)  announced that Kevin Burke has joined the company as vice president, human resources and chief human resources officer. Burke will lead all human resources functions for ITC. Burke joins ITC from Dow Corning Corp., where he served as vice president of human resources for global corporate functions. In that role, he led human resources for all global functions including manufacturing, science and technology, marketing and sales, and corporation functions. Burke also served as vice president of human resources for Hemlock Semiconductor Group, a joint venture of Dow Corning. Prior to his roles at Dow Corning, Burke served as senior director of human resources and talent management for Pulte Homes Inc., where he provided HR leadership for departments across multiple locations while leading corporate talent management initiatives. Burke also previously held human resources positions with General Mills, Inc. and Motorola, Inc. and served as a labor relations representative with General Motors Co. Burke holds a bachelor of arts and master of arts from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwestern University. ITC is the nation's largest independent electricity transmission company. Its regulated operating subsidiaries include ITCTransmission, Michigan Electric Transmission Co., ITC Midwest and ITC Great Plains. Through these subsidiaries, ITC owns and operates high-voltage transmission facilities in Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma, serving a combined peak load exceeding 26,000 megawatts along 15,000 circuit miles of transmission line.
