MONROE (WWJ) — The Monroe County Community College Alumni Association Board of Directors is accepting applications to fill six seats that will become vacant in January 2014.
The MCCC Alumni Association works with the college’s board, its foundation, its staff, its students and the community to support the college’s mission and educational objectives. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the months of January, March, May, July, September and November at 5:30 p.m.
All current, annual or lifetime members of the Alumni Association are eligible for appointment to the MCCC Alumni Association Board of Directors. To become a member, individuals need to have earned 24 credits or more from MCCC or be a graduate of MCCC.
Persons interested in serving on the Board of Directors should submit a letter of interest to Ramona Fisher, Coordinator of Annual Giving and Alumni Affairs, at firstname.lastname@example.org or the MCCC Alumni Office, 1555 S. Raisinville Road, Monroe, MI 48161.
