Missing 12-Year-Old Girl Last Seen On School Bus

DETROT (WWJ) - She was last seen on the school bus, but has since disappeared.

Detroit police are looking for help from the public to find 12-year-old Breya Shelton.

A friend told police she got off the bus Monday afternoon, bus at 7 Mile Road and the Lodge, but Breya stayed on board.

She hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Breya is 5 feet. 7 inches tall and weighs 160 lbs. She has  brown eyes, a brown complexion, and dark hair.   She was last seen wearing a black and white plaid uniform skirt, a white shirt and a pink North Face jacket.

Anyone with information — particularly those who might have been on the bus — are asked to contact Detroit police at 313-596-5240.
