Detroit Lions Announce ‘One Pride Blue Out’ For Monday Night Football

DETROIT (WWJ) – In celebration of Monday Night Football at Ford Field, the Detroit Lions have announced a “One Pride Blue Out.”

The Lions want fans throughout the state of Michigan to participate in the “Blue Out” by wearing blue apparel all day on Monday, Dec. 16. Fans attending the Monday Night Football game at Ford Field are also asked to wear blue.

Participating fans can show their support by posting photos to social media with the hashtag #OnePride. Submitted photos will have a chance to be featured in-game on video boards, as well as on DetroitLions.com and the team’s social media accounts.

Fans coming to the game, or non-ticket holders looking for a place to gather in downtown Detroit, are invited to Pride Plaza on Brush Street for a pre-game tailgate between 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., featuring live music, entertainment, food trucks, drinks and appearance by Lions alumni.
