Federal Civil Suit Filed Against Greyhound Claiming Negligence, Other Damages

DETROIT (AP) - Three passengers aboard a Greyhound bus that rolled over and crashed in Ohio have filed a federal civil suit against the company. Lawyer Geoffrey Fieger is representing the trio.

The lawsuit says Greyhound was negligent and inflicted emotional distress. The bus was carrying 51 passengers from Cincinnati to Detroit when it ran off I-75 about 25 miles north of Cincinnati in September.

The bus hit a fence and tree. About three-dozen people were hurt. A Greyhound spokesperson says that the company can't discuss pending litigation.
