Search In Upper Peninsula For 2 Missing Snowmobilers

ONTONAGON, Mich. (AP) – Authorities in the Upper Peninsula are searching for two missing snowmobilers.

The Daily Press of Escanaba says a 40-year-old man and his 19-year-old son became lost Sunday in the Ontonagon area of Ontonagon County in the western Upper Peninsula.

Col. Leo Burke of the Michigan Civil Air Patrol says the patrol is willing to search by air, but low visibility due to the weather has kept aircraft on the ground Monday.
