Title Source Launches Signing Agent Mobile App

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit-based Title Source, the nation's largest independent provider of title insurance, property valuations and settlement services, has launched a new mobile app called My Signings.

The company says the app provides a streamlined process for Title Source and thousands of its signing agent partners nationwide. The app includes real-time communication, an in-app closing calendar and integrated GPS directions.

Title Source says the app will help its customers, which include six of the top 10 largest residential mortgage lenders, gain added efficiencies and transparency in the mortgage closing process.

Said Jeff Eisenshtadt: Title Source president. "Technology is growing more mobile and so should the solutions we create for our clients. We're passionate about process and focused on improving overall client satisfaction through the entire mortgage process."

My Signings was developed in Detroit in partnership with Detroit Labs, a developer of Android, iPhone and iPad applications. It's available at both the Apple App and Google Play stores.

Said Paul Glomski, Detroit Labs CEO: "We always appreciate the chance to create apps that improve the way companies do business and ultimately help consumers."

Title Source provides title insurance, property valuations and settlement services to five of the Fortune 20 companies and six of the top 10 residential mortgage lenders, and has regional operating centers in California, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.
